Privacy Policy
Effective date: [date]. This policy explains what personal information SaiSoft, the company that runs Platforms (“Platforms”, “we”), collects, why, and the choices you have.
Two kinds of people
- Site owners and their teams use our dashboard. For their data, we decide how it is used, as this policy describes.
- Visitors read sites built on the platform. Each site’s owner is responsible for that site. We process visitor data for them to deliver the site.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider), or your Google account basics if you sign in with Google.
- Your sites: posts, pages, images, settings and team members you add.
- Payments: plan and payment status. Card and mobile banking details are handled by our payment provider, and we don’t see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept in server logs to run and secure the service.
- Messages: what you send us, including abuse reports.
Why we use it
- To run your account and sites, and to send service emails such as sign-in, team invites, receipts and important changes.
- To keep the platform safe: preventing spam and fraud, and handling abuse reports.
- To improve the service, using totals rather than looking at individuals.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not show ads on your site on our behalf.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who run parts of the platform for us: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, database, sign-in; data stored in [region]), Cloudflare (domains and security), our payment provider and our email provider. Each may only use the data to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, when the law of Bangladesh requires it and the request is valid.
- A buyer or successor, if the business changes hands, under this same policy.
How long we keep it
We keep account and site data while your account is open. After you close it, we delete it within [90] days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records.
Your choices
- You can see and change your details in the dashboard, export your content, and close your account.
- You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [contact email].
Cookies
The dashboard uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in. Sites use only what they need to work unless their owner adds other tools, in which case the owner’s own policy applies.
Children
The dashboard is not meant for children under 13. School sites are run by the school, which is responsible for any information about students it publishes.
